RealEstate4Charity is a fundraising program that combines real estate transactions with charitable giving. The program is simple, you select the home or building to purchase or sell, then select the charity you wish to donate to at no additional cost to you. Together, we can make a difference!

RealEstate4Charity was founded by Mr. Gary Ingham, a California real estate broker and a true believer in giving back. At the close of your transaction we will donate, 10% of net commission to the charity of your choice.
